The city of Yinchuan in Ningxia Province, People's Republic of China, hosted an extensive international seminar titled "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its Relationship with the World." The seminar, held under the slogan "The Path Toward Modernization: China's Lessons in Theory and Practice for Poverty Alleviation," saw the participation of more than 120 personalities from 50 different countries, including leaders of political parties, ambassadors, and researchers from major global think tanks.
On the sidelines of this international forum, Nabaz Mustafa, in his capacity as the Director of the Global Civilization Initiative Research Center, indicated in a speech delivered to the attendees that the main outcome of this seminar and China's experience tells us that "modernization" does not have only one specific path; rather, China has proven that there are different and successful models for reaching the peak of progress.
In the course of his speech, Nabaz Mustafa highlighted the active role of their center in building bridges of intellectual and civilizational communication between peoples. In this context, he revealed that the center is currently working, as part of its scientific and intellectual projects, on translating the fourth and fifth volumes of the book "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" into the Kurdish language, so that Kurdish readers and researchers can become closely acquainted with China’s philosophy of governance and development from the original source.
He also emphasized that despite the massive technological and industrial progress, China has not abandoned its environment, culture, and authentic values. This balance shows how "President Xi Jinping's initiatives" regarding global civilization and ecological Civilization" have become a solid foundation for China's progress. This intellectual vision has ensured that the country's development is not limited to the material dimension but has become a comprehensive model that protects humans, the environment, and culture together.
This intellectual participation in the seminar was an affirmation of the fact that China's experience in eradicating poverty is a global lesson for overcoming stagnant models of modernity and building a brighter future for humanity.
